    Empathic design workshops help in the conceptualization of AI technology-based solutions to address the needs of community members. This form of engagement is meant to be inclusive by overcoming the challenge of digital illiteracy.

    Creating smart city collaborative site

    A smart city platform provides various channels for data gathering and analytics, discussion, proposals submission, voting options, news feed etc. and modes of access (digital and eventually physical) for managing both infrastructure and communication.
    This platform will have various ready-to-use infrastructure and communication templates as well as quick-to-setup collaboration channels.

  • STEP 3

    Getting responses and analysing them

    For specific problems, the platform will enable creation of responses and then the ability of a larger community to discuss these responses, analyze them and approve responses for implementation.
